Thanks so much for this CL, not just because it has a Gygax article but for the whole magazine. I was hoping scans of these would start showing up. I'm an Australian and I've never seen a used copy anywhere.
You will not believe it but I have a number of AR and I have been in the Valhalla shop in Perth :)... I think that I bought there the Dragonwyrm setting (what was the name) for AD&D and then made a gift of it... it was on my honeymoon in november 1994 :)
