A very (!) rare thing. Found a foreword for it in the web from the author: 'MOTES (Manual Of The Eternal Sages") will stand alone as an RPG, but can also be integrated into any fantasy role-playing game. There are hundreds of new concepts, including 17 new cultural races and 200 degree skills.'
Clearly a labour of love. Not sure I'd want to play it though. But it does have retro charm.
