Phantasy conclave is one of the rarest fantasy rpg on earth, together with E'A. The only thing i can rely on is the review to be found in Dragon magazine issue. It is two pages long. I'm posting just the first one.
This personal diary is devoted to the unveiling of the old fantasy role-playing games of the past (1975-1989),especially those which - for whatever reasons - are lesser known, forgotten, obscure or neglected. Besides, it deals with overlooked movies of the same genre, of the kind you can only find in VHS if you are lucky enough. A journey into the abysses of fantasy.

I picked this up last week from my local FLGS sealed for $15. The review you posted is unkind (also I think it's the first part?). The art is no worse than what is in OD&D. The system is comprehensible -- if I find enough time (ther are no monsters) I might run it either this Sunday or next.
WOW! Do you know if they have another copy left for me? Seriously, i'd buy it.
