Paragon rpg was advertised on the pages of
Dragon magazine during
1986. The ad is a bit "bizarre", so maybe it was a hoax, but i still don't know. Whatever the case, if a draft of these rules actually exist somewhere, i would love to put my eyes on them- if it is a real product, i believe it would be one of the most elusive titles in rpg history.

According to a thread here - http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?207592-Obscure-RPG-you-actually-liked-and-%28almost%29-played/page5 - it existed in unpublished form.
Thanks El Micko for the link provided
Yeah, I had a copy that me & my brother ordered from the ad back in the day. We eventually tossed it though. :(
It was about 150 or 200 pages, loose leaf, with no binder. It had a lot of skills and stats...what they now call a 'fantasy heartbreaker' -- loosely based on D&D will tons of additional rules and stats.
Should a copy pop up on ebay or anywhere else someday, i won't hesitate an instant to bid for it.
Doubtless one of the rarest fantasy rpg in history. No mention of it even on Heroic worlds.
