In Italy we had rpg fanzines too. I remember "Crom" and "Rune" but there were many more. Some of them even reached great numbers (such as surviving for almost ten issues!)

I read the RPG/gaming history "Playing at the World" recently, and so much of the valuable information came from fanzines from the 1950s through the 1970s.

@Luca: I know Crom and Rune, i had the first issue of the latter

Rune was much like a prozine, it was very professional with high standards of print and distribution. There were two versions of it but only the first one, directed by Ciro Alessandro Sacco, is worthy.
Probably Crom would be of no interest to you since it dealt mainly with Italian rpg "I Signori del Caos" (it was the house organ of the publisher).

I should send you some old copies of my fanzine "The Sorcerer's Scrolls" that I did from '84 to '90. I will dig around and see if I have any spares left.
